The TIC learning portal is operated by Regent Global, referred to in these Terms as Regent Global, we, us or our. Our registered address is 233 High Holborn, London, WC1V 7DN. You can contact us at datalead@regentgroup.org.uk.

TIC is a personal-development programme. Unless a course page expressly states otherwise, TIC courses and certificates are not regulated academic qualifications, professional licences or guarantees of employment, promotion, income or a particular personal outcome.

The course page or checkout page will state the applicable course title, content summary, fee, access period, delivery method and any completion or certificate requirements. Images, previews and descriptions are provided to explain the course and may be updated where this does not materially reduce the purchased learning experience.

Your enrollment is confirmed when we accept your order and provide account or course access. We may refuse or cancel an order where payment fails, information is inaccurate, the purchase appears fraudulent, the course is unavailable or acceptance would breach applicable law.

Fees are shown at checkout in the stated currency. Taxes, bank charges and currency-conversion costs may apply. Payments may be processed by an independent payment service provider. Regent Global does not ordinarily receive or store complete payment-card details.

You authorise the displayed charge when you submit payment. If instalments or subscriptions are offered, the payment schedule and cancellation terms shown at checkout form part of these Terms. Failed or overdue payments may result in suspended access.

Where the portal includes discussions, submissions, live sessions or community features, you remain responsible for what you contribute. You grant Regent Global a non-exclusive licence to host, display and process your contribution only as needed to operate the learning service. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or third-party material unless you have authority to do so.

We may moderate, restrict or remove content that is unlawful, unsafe, misleading, abusive, infringing or inconsistent with the learning environment.

Course progress and assessment results may be recorded in your account. A certificate of completion may be issued where you satisfy the requirements stated for that course. We may correct administrative errors, investigate suspected misconduct and withhold, withdraw or reissue a certificate where completion data is inaccurate, fraudulent or improperly obtained.

Certificates remain subject to verification through the method stated on the certificate or portal. A certificate confirms completion of the identified TIC learning activity; it does not represent a regulated qualification unless expressly stated.

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, internet availability, third-party systems, security incidents or events beyond our reasonable control.

We may make reasonable updates to course content, instructors, delivery schedules, platform features or technical requirements. If we cancel a paid course or make a material change that substantially prevents delivery of what you purchased, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement access, credit or a refund.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or your mandatory consumer rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regent Global is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, business, revenue, profit, data or reputation arising from use of the portal. Where liability may lawfully be limited, Regent Global's aggregate liability connected with a paid course will not exceed the amount you paid for that course during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
